Baby's First Valentine's Day!

Hope everyone had a wonderful Valentine's Day fill with the people you care about the most!

I unfortunately had to work but Michael had it off. But we celebrated the day after!

It was a fabulous weekend!

An Honor

I think it is safe to announce this now. (I kept it to myself in case Karen changed her mind.) ;) As many of you may know Karen Eddington is an amazing example to many. I have learned so much from her and look up to her as a mother and a friend. She has written yet another book, this one on self-worth. She's amazing. Well I am thrilled to announce that she has given me the honor of writing the foreword for this book! You should all run and grab this book. As women we need to sometimes be reminded of our importance and self-worth. This book teaches us more and gives us a beautiful reminder that we matter. Thank you Karen for choosing me it was a great experience and I am thrilled to be part of such an amazing project!

Making Friends

We are pretty lucky that there are so many friends of mine with babies the same age as Z!

She'll have lifelong friends!

One day we all got together to watch the Bachelor and make new friends!

 

We had such a great time and I look forward to doing it again in the future!

 

Z was all over the place grabbing the nearest baby and going to town!

Luckily baby K was a good sport and just smiled when Z started eating her hand!

Cristina's Birthday

Cristina and her family are basically our family!

We call her kids our niece and nephew and her and her husband our sister and brother.

We had a birthday party for Cristina at our house the weekend after her birthday and we had a great time!

FIRST NEW YEAR!

While Michael was at work I spent the evening at my parent's.

We played games, watched Mary Poppins and Hercules!

 



MY FIRST NEW YEAR!!!

 

When Michael got off work we went to his cousin CJ's house to spend time with some family and friends!

FIRST CHRISTMAS!

Christmas is so much more fun with a little one!

Even though she is only 5 months old, and doesn't really understand what is going on, it was still so much more fun this year!

It was more fun to go shopping for her, help her open presents, watch what made her get excited, and play with all her new toys with her.

 

Let's start off with some snapshots of Christmas Eve!

Christmas Day:

We had a great day but like always it was a busy one!

We started the day off at my parents watching everyone opening gifts and eating breakfast.

MY FIRST CHRISTMAS!!!



Playing in the new walker her Nana and Papa got her!

After my parent's, we went to Michael's parent's to open gifts there!

 



She loves the toy from Grandma and Grandpa Jensen!
It rolls and lights up and makes noises.

Once we were done here, we hit the road again this time heading to my grandparent's house in Logan!

That's all the pictures from Christmas Day but the day after Christmas was just as fun!

Michael had to work so I went with my mom and Katelyn down to my Grandma's house in Salem to visit with her!

 

I was showing her how much Zianna likes selfies!

 



She slept the ENTIRE way home! We even stopped at
Gardner Village to see all the elves and she slept through
all of that!

Christmas was so fun this year!

I can't wait for years to come with this crazy girl!
